I work in Orange County, so I am not the right person to sell you a house in Boise. What I can often do is find you someone who is, and stay available while you figure it out.
Takes about a minute. There is never a cost to you for an introduction.
How it works
Three steps, and one caveat
- 01You tell me where you are goingCity, rough timing, and whether you are buying, selling, or both. That is all I need to start looking.
- 02I look for someone I can stand behindAgents talk to each other across state lines more than people expect. I look for someone with real experience in your specific market, not just anyone with a licence.
- 03I make an introduction, and stay reachableYou work with them. I am still available if you want a second opinion on something, because it is easier to ask someone with no stake in your particular deal.
The caveat, stated plainly
Any introduction is arranged through my brokerage under a written broker to broker referral agreement, and my brokerage may receive a referral fee from the receiving brokerage. This never costs you anything, and it does not change what you pay.
An introduction is not guaranteed. I cannot promise a particular agent will be available or appropriate for your situation. If I cannot help, I will tell you rather than leaving you waiting.
Worth knowing
Two things people get wrong
A referral costs you nothing. The fee moves between brokerages out of a commission that already exists. You do not pay more because you were introduced, and the agent does not earn less in a way that changes their work.
Timing matters more than people think. If you are selling here and buying there, the order you do it in changes your risk and your negotiating position on both sides. That is worth sorting out before you list anything.
