How the product links work

What that means in practice

• Some links earn a commission when someone buys through them. Those links are labeled next to the recommendation, not just down here.
• The price is the same for you either way. Using a link never costs you extra.
• A commission never changes whether or how I help you with real estate. You never have to buy anything to work with me.

Honest labels

• Lindsey uses this. It is in my house, my car or my bag.
• Lindsey tested this. I have used it enough to have an opinion.
• Not personally tested. I am pointing at it because it solves a problem I see often, not because I own it.
• Paid partnership. A brand paid me to feature it. The opinion is still mine.
• Gifted. A brand sent it for free. I was not paid to post about it.

What is not claimed

No product here is claimed to raise a sale price, speed up a sale, produce more offers, or return a specific amount of money. No product is claimed to be safe, code compliant, or correctly installed. Follow the manufacturer instructions and use a licensed professional where one is required.
