Is the first call free?
Yes. The first conversation is a no cost, no obligation call to talk through your situation and what makes sense next.
Do I need to be ready to buy or sell?
No. A lot of the people I talk to are six or twelve months out. Early conversations are usually the most useful ones.
Do you work with first time buyers?
Yes. First time buyers are a big part of my business, and I will walk you through the parts nobody explains.
Do you help people relocate?
Yes, in both directions. Moving into Orange County, and moving out of it.
Do you work outside Orange County?
I work in Orange County and nearby Southern California markets. If you are outside that, tell me where you are headed and I will look into whether I can point you toward an appropriate professional.
What happens if I need an agent in another state?
I would review your request and, with my broker’s approval, may be able to introduce you to a licensed agent in that market through a written broker to broker referral arrangement. I cannot promise an introduction in every case, and I cannot promise that any particular agent will be available or the right fit.
Does submitting the form create an agency relationship?
No. Sending an inquiry does not make me your agent. Any representation would be set up separately in writing.
How will my information be used?
To respond to you, and if you check the marketing box, to send occasional helpful emails. I do not sell your information. You can unsubscribe or ask me to delete your record at any time.
Are the product links affiliate links?
Some of them are. Where a link earns a commission, it is labeled right next to the recommendation, not hidden in the footer.
Do affiliate purchases cost more?
No. The price is the same whether you use my link or not.
Do you personally use every product?
No, and I label it. Products carry an honest tag: used, tested, research pick, or not personally tested. I would rather tell you than pretend.
