Privacy Notice
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This notice explains how LindseyMarino.com collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit the website, submit a real estate inquiry, subscribe to content, request a referral, interact with product recommendations, or otherwise use the site.
Information you provide directly
When you complete a form, request information, subscribe to email content, or otherwise contact us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, preferred method of communication, general location, property address when voluntarily provided, current location and intended destination, property type, approximate budget or property value range, timeline, financing or preapproval status, whether you currently own a home, whether you may need to sell before buying, whether you are currently working with a real estate agent, whether a property is currently listed, whether you are planning to buy after selling, relocation needs, referral needs, product or content interests, and anything you write in a free text field.
You do not need to provide every type of information listed above. What is requested depends on the form you choose to use.
Communication preferences and consent
We keep records of your communication choices: whether you agreed to receive marketing email, text messages, or telephone calls, your preferred method of communication, the date and time consent was given, the version of the consent language shown to you, the page it was given on, and a hashed IP address.
Email, text message, and telephone permissions are handled separately. Providing a phone number does not mean you have agreed to receive marketing text messages.
How you reached the website
We collect attribution information to understand which content led you here. This may include the referring website or platform, a TikTok campaign or video identifier, UTM parameters, landing page, content category, article viewed, and affiliate campaign information.
Website and device information
Pages viewed, links clicked, form start and completion events, general device and browser type, operating system, referring page, approximate geographic information derived from technical data, date and time of visit, session identifiers, pseudonymous visitor identifiers, campaign attribution, affiliate link clicks, and calendar interactions.
General analytics are configured so they do not receive names, email addresses, telephone numbers, street addresses, or the contents of free text questions.
Information we do not request
This website does not ask for information about protected characteristics for the purpose of determining real estate eligibility, service, recommendations, or lead quality.
Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not necessary to your request in an open text field. If such information is submitted voluntarily, it is not used to determine whether someone may receive real estate services.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, understand what assistance you are requesting, provide buyer, seller, relocation, or general real estate information, generate your Next Move Plan, determine whether a conversation may be appropriate, coordinate an appointment, evaluate whether an out of area referral may be appropriate, communicate through the methods you have permitted, maintain consent records, operate our customer relationship management system, improve the website, understand which videos and articles generate engagement, detect spam and abuse, track affiliate link performance, and comply with brokerage and legal obligations.
We do not use agreement to receive marketing email, texts, or calls as a measure of a person's worth or entitlement to real estate services.
Real estate lead information
Information submitted through a real estate form is stored in the website's database and transmitted to Lofty, the customer relationship management system used to manage inquiries.
A lower level of immediate readiness does not mean your inquiry is ignored. Visitors earlier in the process receive different information and follow up than visitors requesting immediate assistance.
Real estate referrals
If you request assistance finding a real estate professional outside the primary service area, information necessary to evaluate and facilitate that request may be shared with the supervising brokerage, a potential receiving brokerage, a potential receiving real estate professional, and other parties reasonably necessary to administer a broker to broker referral.
A requested introduction is not guaranteed. A brokerage involved in a completed referral may receive compensation under a written referral agreement.
Email communications
If you subscribe to marketing email, we use your address to send it. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.
Unsubscribing from marketing email does not prevent service related messages necessary to respond to a request you made.
Text messages
We send marketing text messages only where text message consent has been given. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
Withdrawing text message consent does not unsubscribe you from email if you separately agreed to receive it.
Telephone communications
Your calling preference is recorded independently from email and text message permissions, and telephone contact is handled according to the choices you provide and applicable law.
The California List and content subscriptions
A content subscription is separate from submitting a real estate inquiry. Someone who subscribes to content is not classified as an active buyer or seller and is not enrolled in real estate sequences.
Content emails may occasionally contain real estate information, links to guides, product recommendations, or affiliate links. Any applicable affiliate relationship is disclosed where appropriate.
Affiliate links and product recommendations
Some pages contain links to third party retailers such as Amazon. When you click an affiliate link we may record the product clicked, its category, the page the recommendation appeared on, the retailer, campaign attribution, and the related video identifier.
The retailer may independently collect information when you visit its website, and its own privacy policy applies. We do not receive your retailer account credentials or payment information because you clicked one of our links.
Cookies, pixels, and analytics
The website may use cookies, browser storage, pixels, and analytics tools to maintain session information, remember attribution, count visits, understand navigation, measure form and campaign performance, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
A random pseudonymous identifier may be stored in your browser to distinguish visits without requiring your name or email address.
TikTok measurement
The website may use the TikTok Pixel or related measurement technologies, which allow events such as page views, content views, and form completions to be shared with TikTok for measurement and advertising performance.
We do not send street addresses, free text inquiry contents, or other unnecessary sensitive information to TikTok. If TikTok measurement is enabled, TikTok's own privacy practices also apply.
Service providers
We use third party providers for website and database hosting, customer relationship management, email delivery, text message delivery, calendar scheduling, analytics, advertising measurement, security, and cloud infrastructure. These providers process information on our behalf. The specific providers may change as systems are updated.
Brokerage
Real estate inquiries and records may be available to or processed by the supervising brokerage, Real Brokerage Technologies, Inc., for supervision, transaction administration, compliance, referral administration, recordkeeping, and risk management. Brokerage records may be subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.
Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information to lead marketplaces, and we do not receive payment simply for giving a lead marketplace your contact information.
Certain advertising, analytics, or measurement technologies may involve disclosures of online identifiers or activity information to third party platforms. Depending on applicable law and configuration, some of these may be treated as sharing or another regulated disclosure. Where legally required, we provide appropriate notice and a mechanism to exercise applicable choices.
Data retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected and to satisfy business, brokerage, legal, regulatory, and security requirements. Different categories have different periods: analytics for a limited analytics period, consent records to document communication preferences, inquiry records as necessary to manage the relationship, brokerage records per brokerage and legal requirements, and security logs long enough to investigate abuse.
Information is deleted, anonymized, or archived when no longer reasonably necessary, subject to legal and brokerage obligations.
Data security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These include secure HTTPS connections, access controls, authentication, restricted administrative access, secure database systems, protected environment variables, logging, and vendor security controls.
No website, database, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your communication choices
For email, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. For text messages, reply STOP. For telephone calls, ask that they stop using the contact address below or during a call.
Opting out of one method does not opt you out of another where separate consent was previously given.
California privacy rights
California residents may have rights under California law depending on the information collected, how it is used, and whether the applicable legal thresholds apply to the business. Where applicable these may include the right to request information about categories of personal information collected, access to certain personal information, deletion, correction, information about sources and recipients, opt out of certain sales or sharing, limitation of certain uses of sensitive personal information, and non discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights.
Some requests may be limited by legal exceptions, including recordkeeping, security, fraud prevention, real estate transaction, brokerage, or legal claim obligations.
Requests may be subject to identity verification. We will not intentionally discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Third party websites
The website links to services we do not control, including TikTok, Amazon, other retailers, social media platforms, mapping services, and calendar providers. Those third parties have their own privacy policies. This notice does not govern information a third party independently collects after you leave this website.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us using the address below.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as website features, technology providers, analytics or advertising tools, business practices, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will be revised when material changes are made.
