She’s well connected in the realtor network which can draw many people to see the house. She’s experience which helped us built a negotiation strategy. Price is one thing but the type of offer and how secure things are actually made a big difference.
My house was listed on Wednesday, after the weekend received multiple offers. Lindsey executed the strategy and we were the top sale in the neighborhood.
She worked with us on timing for everything, staging worked out really well, everyone loved what the designer’s work.

Lindsey is amazing!! She is seriously dedicated and worked with us remotely for a month to help us find a home in Irvine. When we knew we were relocating we had so many questions and there were so many houses to look at (and so little time). She went to each house we were interested and sent us pictures and videos so we could see them.
Her knowledge and advice about the area was above and beyond! It can be very intimidating to move across the country, not to mention stressful.
